All of our items are designed and printed right here in Australia, using high quality inks to ensure your items last.

Please note that due to the difference in computer screens etc. colours may vary slightly. On some items if a name is added the size of the print may be reduced slightly. All personalisation will be added exactly as you have entered including capital letters. So please double check before ordering.

Items can be washed on a cold wash cycle, please do not use bleach or tumble dry your items, a warm dry iron can be used on the reverse side.

For refunds and reprints, we may ask you to take a photo and/or send back the product to our team. Sorry, but we cannot accept change of mind returns on personalised products.
